for the money it was quite good. but needs improvement. Positive: The bed was comfortable and clean, which is the main thing, and the location was also quiet. i was surprised to see a fan, which is a plus. Overall, the studio flat was clean. Negative: The shower is by far the worst shower I've ever used. The water pressure is terrible, and it either runs freezing cold or boiling hot. i didn't like the smell, it was a bit musty and also the main front door lock was not working, it was just left adjar. There are no curtains, and the bathroom window has no frosting to it. One of the tenants on the lower floor was smoking weed, so the smell of it rose through the building.

Positive: Great location, comfy clean bed. Good kitchen facilities. Negative: Hard accessing entrance in the dark. Shower very temperamental. Towel rail loosely attached to wall. Dated cheap furnishings. Very creaky floorboards. Pictures on site are never like the reality. Stairs 4th floor hell. Shame as 2 mins from my office. Will not return as just lacked comfort for me and felt dated.

Er was geen warm water van de kraan, geen spiegel in de badkamer.

As a result, I had to use the cleaner side of the covers to sleep. The bed was not made prior to arrival, and several tasks were left for the guest to handle. Additionally, there was no tissue in the bathroom, the dish soap was finished, and overall facilities were quite limited. While the building’s exterior and entrance appear well-maintained, the interior is in poor condition, requiring significant cleaning and repairs. The lift felt unsafe, prompting me to use the stairs to access the flat on the third floor.
