Negative: We were really disappointed with our stay, mainly because of the poor cleanliness. The first apartment we were given had a very damp kitchen and visible mold, which made us feel uncomfortable and concerned. After contacting the host, we were moved to another apartment, and thankfully the mold issue was gone — but the cleanliness problems continued. The floors were so dirty that we had to clean them ourselves just to feel okay walking around. The kitchen cabinets were dusty and had crumbs or leftover food inside, which felt unhygienic. The sofa in the kitchen smelled strongly like urine from some kind of animal, which was very unpleasant. When we met the host or cleaning staff over the weekend, they asked if we needed anything. We requested just one extra towel (we already had two), but when we returned, we found only one towel total — instead of three — which was frustrating. We also informed them in advance that a friend would stay for one night. We were charged extra for this, but we never received extra bedding, which felt unfair. On top of that, we even had to buy our own toilet paper during the stay. One more thing — don’t waste money on paid parking. There is free parking nearby, so you can easily save some money. Overall, the apartment itself could be a nice place, but the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic guest comfort really ruined the experience for us. It has potential, but it definitely needs much better cleaning and management.

Fantastic, everything was great. Great location, clean and well equipped stylish modern apartment. Positive: Spotlessly clean, everything you could need is provided. Great communication, lovely staff looking after the property. Very comfortable bed with good quality linen. Parking available right outside. Negative: Would be nice to have a stick vacuum available to help keep it clean. Sofa not the comfiest.

Positive: Comfortable apartment Negative: The host was helpful at first but then became very rude after asking a simple question about how to locate the property as it’s very hard to do it from the location they have given. The property didn’t seem like it had been cleaned before our stay as the floors were dirty. The bathroom stank of mould. But apart from those the apartment was comfortable and reasonable for the price.

Positive: Apartament przestronny i wygodny. Negative: Przy takiej cenie za apartament gospodarz powinien się postarać o darmowy parking. Słabe wyposażenie w naczynia użytku codziennego. Brak lusterka w łazience. W ciepłe dni gorąco w sypialni pomimo użycia wiatraka.
