Good place, a potential for being a great place, but let down by poor attention to details. Positive: Functional property. It is good if you only need a place to stay in for couple of days. Good location, good access to shops, quiet area, and decent set up. Negative: This is not the right place if you want something special. There is lack of attention to details, does not make it a bad place, but ruins the experience if the expectations are high. Examples: message in booking.com from the owner with a link to register, except the link was deleted (i suspect by booking.com). Check in 24/7 except the phone was not answered for few times when I tried to get help checking in, windows blinds not working, stuck at fully down position and needing repair, toilet seat cover loose which could be a risk for injury, the toilet had a bad smell, lack of complementary tea and coffee. The wardrobe light was temperamental, bed throw feels on the cheap side. Free car park around 3 min walk, and a car park with little charge, both not advertised in booking.com. Address in google maps and in booking.com points to a wrong location, couple of minutes away, no direction in booking.com to rectify this. Nno None of above is a major issue. They are just pity things that takes from the overall experience.

Modern apartment in Shepshed, with everything you need, bit overpriced but clean Positive: Modern apartment in Shepshed, free parking nearby, very short drive to Loughborough, well equipped kitchen. The location in Shepshed is actually pretty good, close walk to supermarket, little park, downtown. It was my second time staying, there is not much acommodation around Loughborough and this one works just fine. Also cleaner once a week is a bonus Negative: There is no mirror on the wall in the bathroom, I really missed that!!! Easy fix too! Also I stayed during a heatwave and just fyi there is no AC. Also no elevator, I stayed on the second floor. Okay in general just bit annoying with luggage. Also it is def bit expensive for what you get, especially if you stay for a longer amount of time (I stayed for like a month), I wonder why there is not a better discount for long stays like that.

Not bad. Positive: The property was good overall. Negative: First of all the rubbish bin in the toilet was not emptied. Secondly, the location is very tricky. It was not mentioned anywhere that the property is located (well hidden) behind a Medical Centre and a Fire Station. We looked for it with my uber driver and finally rang the host to find out exactly where it is. Thirdly, the description of how to access the building is also a bit confusing. It could have been worded in a simpler way. Lastly, I would have left a coplimentary bottle of water inside the property if I was the owner. There was nothing at all. I arrived quite late and didn't have a chance to buy anything at that time of the day.

Fantastic, everything was great. Great location, clean and well equipped stylish modern apartment. Positive: Spotlessly clean, everything you could need is provided. Great communication, lovely staff looking after the property. Very comfortable bed with good quality linen. Parking available right outside. Negative: Would be nice to have a stick vacuum available to help keep it clean. Sofa not the comfiest.
