Nice place, not easy to get into. Poor communication. Positive: Walkable to the city centre and university campus Negative: Woken by the buzzer at 6am as a building resident was drunk and lost his keys, then proceeding to knock on the windows. Also someone smoking weed outside the windows and the smell seeping in.

No video doorbell Positive: Nice quiet block in the heart of the city. For the price, I was surprised to see they supplied a box of dishwasher tablets, tea towels and 3 rolls of loo roll! Looks exactly like it does in the pics Negative: No hand wash, only 2 forks between 2 people for 4 nights (so every meal we had to wash it), the living room was stupidly hot and the windows in there are very very hard to open. One of the windows was partially open and very hard to close - the host needs to consider supplying a fan as it felt like the heaters were on when they weren’t! The living room is very small also as you can see in the listing pics When I did the online check in, it says you can park on the grounds for a fiver a night but this isn’t true. There’s no parking on the grounds as its all residential, but there is a public car park 1-2 mins away. The sink is also extremellllyyyyy tiny (I cant upload the pic on my listing for some reason, so google '400mm vanity basin b&q') and there’s no proper storage in the bathroom. The toilet seat was also broken, but it was still functional. Lastly, the communications from the host could be improved. I was told someone would come the next day to give us more forks and no one came. I also had to ask the same question a handful of times before it was answered directly

Positive: Everything was clean, the stay was comfortable in the apartment, staff was nice and helpful Negative: The only drawback is the blinds in the bedroom, they do not block any lights and woke up at 0400 with bright sunlight
